Smooth cylindrical profiles for decorative ceilings, circular bulkheads, and architectural rings—delivering warm, flowing visual rhythm to large atrium spaces.
In a 35-meter-high hotel atrium in Dubai, the architect wanted circular rings that appeared to float—impossible with conventional suspension methods. We engineered a tensioned cable system where each ring is supported by 8 micro-cables (2mm diameter, 1-ton capacity each) that attach to hidden ceiling anchors. The tubes themselves have a wall thickness of 3.0mm to prevent ovaling under their own weight. For a cultural center in Kuala Lumpur, we developed curved round tubes (varying radii from 2m to 8m) using a sequential bending process that maintains ±1mm dimensional tolerance along the entire length. The visual effect was a flowing 'river of light' installation that has become a regional landmark.
