Installation requires a precise keel system (aluminum or steel framing). Panels are typically installed using a dry-hang method with specialized aluminum pendants and corner brackets. Our factory provides detailed CAD shop drawings and node diagrams—typically 5-7 days turnaround—to ensure 100% accurate fulfillment. Key steps: 1) Install main keel at 600mm intervals, 2) Attach pendant clips to panel backs, 3) Hang and adjust panels to alignment, 4) Apply structural sealant at joints. For GCC desert climates, PVDF (fluorocarbon) is definitively superior. Here's why: PVDF C-F molecular bonds (485 kJ/mol) resist UV degradation 3x better than polyester C-O bonds. In conditions where surface temperatures reach 80°C+ under direct sun, PE coatings fail within 5-8 years while PVDF maintains color integrity for 15-25 years. Independent QUV accelerated weathering tests (ASTM G154) show ΔE color change of ≤5 after 3000 hours for PVDF versus ≥15 for PE. Bottom line: PVDF has 3-5x longer service life in Middle East conditions despite 20-30% higher initial cost.
Key differences in five performance areas: 1) Fire rating: Solid aluminum panels achieve A2-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1) and ASTM E84 Class A; ACP with PE core fails fire tests and is banned in UAE high-rise applications. 2) Durability: Solid panels last 20-30 years; ACP typically 10-15 years. 3) Wind load: Solid panels handle >3000Pa; ACP limited to <2000Pa. 4) Maintenance: Solid panels are recoatable; ACP requires full replacement when damaged. 5) Cost: ACP has lower upfront cost but 2x higher lifecycle cost over 20 years. For GCC projects, solid aluminum panels are the only code-compliant choice for buildings >15m height.

Actual thickness should match quoted specifications ±0.1mm. 3) Skipping QUV testing: Ask for 3000-hour QUV test results showing ΔE ≤5. 4) No CAD review before production: Always get shop drawings approved in writing—unapproved drawings lead to wrong sizes. 5) Unclear payment terms: Never pay 100% upfront.
